※We recommend using Google Chrome for the best experience.
Step 1: Prepare your manuscript using the OECC 2026 template
- Each manuscript must include a 35-word abstract and be limited to two (2) pages, following the designated template.
- Please do not modify the layout or font settings provided in the template.
Step 2: Generate an IEEE-Compliant PDF
- Authors are requested to generate an IEEE-compatible PDF file for manuscript submission. Accepted papers will be included in the IEEE Xplore Library as part of the conference proceedings, following a no-show check.
- Please use the following information to log in to the IEEE PDF eXpress site for OECC 2026 to convert your manuscript to an IEEE PDF:
Conference ID: 68564X
IEEE PDF eXpress Site: https://ieee-pdf-express.org/account/login?ReturnUrl=%2F
IEEE PDF eXpress Guideline: https://ieee-pdf-express.org/External/UsingIEEEPDFeXpress
*If you do not have a valid IEEE account, please create one and log in using the information above.
Step 3: Submit the IEEE-compliant PDF through the OECC 2026 Online Paper Submission System
- Access the OECC 2026 submission system by clicking the “Submit” button at the top of this page. The submission procedure is as follows:
- Log in with a valid ID and password. If you do not have an account, please create a new one.
- Click “New Submission” and complete the online submission form, uploading your paper files.
- You may add additional submissions or edit existing ones by logging into your account until the submission deadline (Friday, February 27, 2026, 23:59:59 KST).
Step 4: Sign the IEEE e-Copyright (eCF)
- Completion of the IEEE e-Copyright form is mandatory for the paper to be reviewed.
- A link to access and sign the form will be sent directly to the presenter by email within one week after paper submission.
- If you encounter any technical issues with the eCF, please directly contact the IEEE IPR Office at ecopyright@ieee.org.
- A copy of the signed form is automatically stored in the IEEE system, so authors do not need to resubmit it to the OECC 2026 Secretariat.
OECC 2026 Proceedings on IEEE Xplore
- The accepted and presented papers will be published in the OECC 2026 Proceedings and will be available on IEEE Xplore Digital Library. (No-show papers will not be published on IEEE Xplore.)
Important Notice for Authors
- Each accepted paper must be accompanied by at least one author registration by the Early Registration Deadline in order to be included in the Conference program and presented.
- Detailed instructions for author registration will be provided at a later stage.
