Registration System

Notice on Author Registration

  • For each accepted paper, at least one author must complete registration on or before May 15, 2026 (KST) in order for the paper to be included in the conference program and presented.
  • Papers that are not presented at the conference (no-show papers) will not be published in IEEE Xplore.

※ Banquet tickets can be purchased not only through the registration form but also via the registration list page, with a limit of up to two tickets per registration number.
  • Registration fees include access to all Technical Sessions including Workshops, Entrance to Exhibition, Welcome Reception
  • Member registration fee is applicable to members of OSK, IEEE Photonics Society, Optica, KICS, IEICE/CS, IEICE/ES
  • Banquet is the optional and NOT included in the Registration Fee. It is not possible to apply only for banquet. Please note that seat availability of the Banquet is limited, and the tickets are sold on a first-come-first-served basis.

    Credit Card: Pay the registration fee through the online payment system
    Bank Transfer: Transfer your fee to the bank account written in the invoice

    Confirmation Letter will be sent to you

  • Paper submission and registration are handled through the same system. If you already have an account from the paper submission period, please log in to continue.

Payment Methods

By Credit Card

  • (Participants from Korean organizations) Please note that your credit card statement will show the payment as Duzon.
  • (Participants from non-Korean organizations) Please note that the billing descriptor on your credit card statement will appear as EXIMBAY.COM. This payment service is provided by Eximbay, and the charge will be billed as www.eximbay.com.

By Bank Transfer

  • Please make the payment to the bank account listed on your registration fee invoice via the online registration system.
  • Sender’s name MUST BE 4-digit Registration Number + Registrant’s Name. (Ex: 0000 Gil Dong Hong)
  • All bank remittance charges for sender and receiver are to be paid by the participant. As these fees are not listed in the invoice, please check with the bank for the final amount of payment.
  • After making your transfer, please send your remittance slip to the Secretariat (registration@oecc2026.org). Once your deposit details are verified, the Secretariat will email you a confirmation on your registration within a week.
  • To cancel your registration and request a refund, please notify the OECC 2026 Secretariat by email at registration@oecc2026.org. Refunds will be processed after the conference upon receipt of a written request.
  • In your email, please include your registration number, name, and affiliation, which can be found in the online registration system or confirmation letter.
  • Any bank service charges will be the responsibility of the participant, and refunds will be made according to the policy below.

If you registered directly via the online registration system,

  • Invoice will be available in the online registration system once you submit your registration.
  • Receipt and Confirmation Letter will be available once your payment has been verified.
  • Certificate of Participation will be available on the online registration system for download starting the first day of the conference (Sunday, June 28, 2026).

If you did not use the online registration system,

  • Please send your request to the OECC 2026 Secretariat at registration@oecc2026.org.
  • In your email, please include your registration number (the 4-digit number shown on your on-site name badge), name, and affiliation.
